Detailed description of goods and services
NutriMart is an online store in the organic and natural product industry.
Agreement of sale
An agreement of sale between NutriMart and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Until then, all goods remain the property of NutriMart.
Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders are processed within one working day.
All orders are dispatched via The Courier Guy. A delayed delivery is not grounds for a return or refund.
To prove delivery, we do not have to show that you personally received the goods — only that any person at the delivery address signed for them.
Returns and refunds
The provision of goods and services by NutriMart is subject to availability. If something is unavailable, NutriMart will contact you with options.
An order can be cancelled if payment has not yet been made. Once payment has been made, the order can only be cancelled before NutriMart has dispatched it.
If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must contact NutriMart within one working day of receiving it. We will then arrange a replacement on our account, or refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.
All products are sold with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product, contact us within 7 days of receipt and tell us why. If the product is still in its original sealed state, we will issue a return number and a return address. Return shipping is for your account. When we receive it, we will inspect it and, if it is still sealed, refund the value of the product. If you have opened or used the product and are not satisfied, we will pass your feedback to the supplier. Any remedy is then at the supplier’s discretion, and NutriMart is not responsible for issuing a refund.
If you receive the wrong product, contact NutriMart within one working day. We will check whether a miss-pick occurred. If it did, we will arrange to swap the wrong product for the one you ordered, on our account.
Customer privacy
NutriMart takes all reasonable steps to protect users’ personal information. For this clause, “personal information” has the meaning given in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
NutriMart respects your privacy. Personal information collected on this site is kept confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Payment options
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions are acquired for NutriMart via Payfast, who use strict encryption.
Customer details separate from card details
NutriMart stores customer details separately from card details. Card details are entered on the Payfast secure payment page. More detail is on the Payfast website.
Merchant outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time payment options are shown is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
NutriMart takes responsibility for all aspects of the transaction, including the sale of goods and services on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
Disclaimer
We aim for the information on this website to be accurate and up to date, and for the products we promote to cause no harm to our customers or the environment. Because human and technical error is possible, NutriMart accepts no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of information on the website, or for any adverse reaction a product may cause. The recommendations on this site are not medical advice. Consult a medical practitioner if you are unsure about using a product.
Use of the website
Customers may use this site to browse content and products and to make legitimate purchases. You may not use this site for fraudulent or speculative transactions, or to copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute images or content from the site.
Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa. NutriMart chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi, for all purposes under this agreement — including court process, notice, or any other document or communication — the contact address published on this website.
Variation
NutriMart may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part of it at any time without notice.
