What are my delivery options?
Orders can be couriered to the vast majority of South African addresses and delivered via The Courier Guy.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders within one working day of receiving payment confirmation, unless there is an issue with our suppliers or stock. If you pay by credit card, we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you have paid.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Saturday, after-hours, or public holiday delivery is available at an extra cost — please contact our customer service team for details. Standard delivery is domestic road freight and usually takes 36–72 hours.
Late deliveries
Unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather, closed roads, or strikes, can prolong the delivery time. This is rare, and a late delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation. If your order has not arrived after the times above, please contact us with your order number so we can follow up.
What is the cost of delivery?
If your shopping bag total is R800 or more, delivery is free to these major centres:
- Johannesburg
- Pretoria
- Bloemfontein
- Cape Town
- Durban
- Port Elizabeth
- East London
- George
Orders under R800 to those centres are charged a flat rate of R150. If you are outside these centres, please contact us so we can quote you. Standard delivery is domestic road freight and usually takes 36–72 hours. Domestic airfreight and overnight courier are also available — contact us for details.
Is my package insured?
Insurance up to R1000 is included. Additional insurance is available at 2% of the declared value above R1000.
Maximum box size
Maximum box size and weight: 50×50×50 cm or 30 kg. Larger boxes are charged as two or more boxes, depending on how many times they exceed the maximum.
